This renovation was done quite awhile ago, but I believe it is still unique in itself. This is a walk out basement space (only 7'-0" ceiling height! and you wouldn't know it)!!, It was dark, dank and unused. The downstairs entrance is a sliding glass door, down to the lakeside! This became the entertaining center of the whole home! We created, not only a fantastic kitchen area, seating area, but a master bedroom, laundry and full bathroom in this space.
